This letter was sent to the President of my local Democratic Club.

I am feeling quite disgusted with the politics and I hope you don't mind that I take a couple of minutes to explain.

When They Came For Me, There Was No One Left To Speak Out.

I've been hearing and reading many reports of the government cracking down on people expressing their disagreement with the current administration and being arrested and/or fined excessively (as in the case of the Answer Coalition). In some cases, I have seen acts of civil disobedience that was actually the catalyst to the arrest, rather than the mere vocalization of one's thoughts. This however, tops it all.

There is a PDF file of the presentation that the A28 New York City Group gave their Representative in Congress. After they presented it to her, she signed to cosponsor Kucinich's H Res 333 to Impeach Cheney.

I think the Congress Reps want the whole case against Cheney or Bush handed over to them on a silver platter. I don't think they want to put any work into it.
