- Passionate about helping to leave the planet a better place for my children's children, and their children's children.
My oldest has been on a double transplant list for going on six years. I take care of her, and my grandson.
I write, I used to draw and paint, and sing. I love music, especially 'homemade' ... going 'karaoke' and eating Thai Food is my idea of a good time. I still hug trees.
In spite of now being in my early sixties I find my dreams still surface now and then ... mostly an Art School to bring together the very young and the very old.
Most of the time I am pissed a lot ... corresponds with the amount of time spent watching/reading the news. I am horrified by what is happening now. America has never been perfect, anybodies God knows, but I always thought their was hope because we were developing and trying to follow what I thought we great ideals ... equality, justice, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness.
Seems like now we pursue 'killing' as policy ... shoot first, ask questions later ... the old 'wild west' on overdrive and possessing nuclear weapons! Our new 'manifest destiny' the planet, the moon, and mars, regardless of what other nations of people might think, or want..

- Well besides documentaries like Sicko ... geesh, it has been awhile ... Johnny Depp in most anything ... used to be Sean Connery in anything. (smile) ... and I will never forget Sophia Loren in Two Women, nor Anthony Quinn in most anything..
- Heroes and influences
- First responders are at the very top of the list ... people who don't hesitate to get off their asses and help.

Dennis will always be a winner!
We can't talk about freedom, justice, and equality, and then export weapons, along with our own children, husbands, brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, to kill other human beings!
Dennis is already a winner ...
... he will remain a winner, that stood up for the principles of the real American Dream.

Real patriotic Americans, through the internet, are talking to each other like never before, and finding out the truth about what each other really cares about ... ending an illegal/immoral war, compassionate healthcare for ALL human beings, decent/healthy jobs, and an environment we would like to pass on to ALL OUR children.
Dennis Kucinich is the man who currently most represents focus on those issues ... real issues, that real people, regardless of party really care about.
Where is your coverage on this true groundswell of passion for the truth, equal justice, and the real 'American' way?
Without more attention to what the American people are talking about to each other ... the 'main' media is about to become 'main' no more.
Wake up folks, the train is leaving the station. True representative democracy is growing like a snowball.
Obviously Something more than ourselves made all of us, everything 'out-there' ... and this little blue planet under our feet. We are still at just the very tip of the iceberg, in finding out what there is to know ... about us, the rest of life, and our environment.
How can we be so reckless as a nation ... do we not love our children? ... our parents? ... the trees, the birds, the clear water lakes ... do we not understand that others do too? ... that others also have a rights ... human rights???
Are we the uncivilized? ... while we accuse others of atrocities, to mask our own crimes?
This country started out with unspeakable horrors 'officially' done to the native people, mostly in the name of greed ... some survived, and that story is not ended. Look up the life of Lenard Peltier ... learn his story ... still a political prisoner in his own land.
Now? ... we are all here together, with no going back ... the Original People working with, and respecting nature, at one with the environment, or the rest of the population ... all 'illegal' immigrants to the 'American' native.
That we find ourselves now in the same boat, blessed with this beautiful ... amazing planet, and still the majority are oblivious, only out for their own short term acquisitions ... without care to future generations ... even their own, seems impossible, yet the cancers spread and consume our collective soul.
It is just horrible ... I look at my beautiful innocent grandchildren and cry ... every day I cry.
That this present war was actually the invasion of a sovereign nation that did not attack us ... and that after all these years we are still there ... our children and their children being literally blown to bits is outrageous beyond contemplation. How can such a crime continue to go on and on and on???
When are the 'war crime' tribunals going to address the architects of this immoral and illegal war??? ...and hold them accountable for all the unnecessary dead? Where is the outcry on the nightly news?
... if we had just, like Kerry said ... crafted a police type action, with the full support of all concerned nations to track, arrest, and hold for a real trial, the actual perpetrators of 9II ... the death count would have been very different ... the world a different place ... there was ... ...
... no need for the 2 million refugees, and the million plus orphans ... and the poisoned land for longer than imagination. How many of our young, mostly parents, would be home taking care of their families? ... truly taking care of our 'homeland' ... ????
How many children sacrificed at the alter of profit???
It makes me all so sick ... embarrassed to be human.
I do know that there are good people, but right now I feel so overwhelmed ...
This is why I am so adament in my support for Dennis Kucinich ... he has had 40 years experience in public service. He knows how congress works from the inside out. He is well qualified to be president. When I saw him question Donald Rumsfield I knew for sure.
Right now, is when we need to turn this boat to a dramatically different direction ... one that is based on the beliefs/values, that we say we believe in as a nation.
Dennis is the type of leader that can handle what needs to be done. He can walk his talk, and the rest of us can all learn to row ... in the direction of truth, equal justice, and individual liberty.
America can set an example of true civilized behavior ... a nation we can all be proud of ... a nation the rest of the planet will respect.
My anger is not well hidden in the posts that I give you reference to today.
