- Absolutely anything by Neil Gaimen, Terry Pratchett, or Kurt Vonnegut (R.I.P.) His Dark Materials triolgy by Phillip Pullman is awesome! Beauty by Sheri Tepper was also great, Gregory Maguire has written some lovely twisted faery tales - Wicked, Confessions of an Ugly Sister, ect. I am completely absorbed in the Harry Potter books (never mind they were written for blokes abote a decade younger than me!) I absolutely love just about everything Marion Zimmer Bradley has written. The Dark Tower series first four books by Stephen King were spiffy...I really have read quite alot - I cannot possibly list it all!

- Nine Inch Nails is my absolutely favourite band! I also adore Tori Amos (at least everything before To Venus and Back - Strange Little Girls was good) White Stripes completely dominate, Pink Floyd I have been listening to since the cradle.. Thievery Corporation is awesome, Smashing Pumpkins, TOOL (how can you resist the heartwrenching screams entertwined with the soothing melodies of the same man?), Radiohead, System of a Down, bleh, I'm sure there are much more of these as well...

- V for Vendetta, Memoirs of a Geisha, Ever After, Sin City, Tank Girl, Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, ANYTHING by Tim Burton!, Last Unicorn, Legend, Shaun of the Dead, Evolution, The Doors, Dark Crystal, Hook, the Harry Potter movies, Fallen, Moulin Rouge, Mirrormask, Spirited Away, the Michael Moore documenteries oh dear god I work at freaking Blockbuster, I have far far too many favourites!
