Why?

Well, I thought this was a sure thing. I thought the media would grab hold of the peaceful activists to see what we stand for in America. I am left with self doubt that America and the people running our country will never listen. What is the step that needs to be taken to get their attention? There are so many websites out there to do this and that, but where does someone start to accomplish something they feel compassionate about. When will I see jusice for all?

Comment by GAchin on May 6, 2007 at 12:51am: Well, Anthony, it is for this reason, along with the games being played RIGHT NOW over "war funding" and nonbinding "benchmarks" to be met by an imagined Iraqi government....... that I spent the past 2 days composing a couple pretty hard-hitting letters. Thought I'd post them at A28 one way or another with request that people copy them, (as much of each as they can get along with!) and send them to their "Reps." I had the thought that if a bunch of these really pointedly to the point letters could arrive, pehaps they are "shouting" loud and clear enough that a bunch of them together might be heard.....
Well, its worth trying anyway! So, please look around for them! From how I came in to yours here, I guess I would just start a blog for each from "my page"?
We MUST carry on, for we MUST prevail in these endeavors!

I had hoped we would protest April 28th and then Bush and Cheney would resign the following day because Impeachment was on the way. (-: It will happen, our voices are growing louder and louder because more people are taking notice and speaking out, too. Impeachment is only the beginning. It's time We The People take back our country! (-:
